I purchased an electric car for my grandson for Christmas 2022. I was so impressed with their customer service, empathy, understanding and prompt delivery, that again I have just bought an electric Motorcycle and another electric car for my grandson for Christmas 2023. The customer service lead, Mia is a real gem, who helped me last year and this year by making suggestions for the items that would suit the kids. I love working with Mia and would say with conviction that Aosom is very lucky to have her on their team. She is the epitome of desired customer service from any organization.
Last year's car was missing some parts and upon contacting them they delivered the parts promptly, via a courier. Very impressive, indeed. The quality and durability of the products is superb and after-sales service and assistance are impeccable. When they say (CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE TO THEM" my experience prompts me to validate every word of that phrase.
EXCELLENT job Mia and proving that Aosom is a good organization to do business with.
I would recommend every grandparent and parent to deal with them and cherish the smiles on your kids/grandkids' faces, which is priceless.
