Solid item, no major complaints. Not difficult to put together. Only complaint is the labelling of parts. Everything I've ordered from this site has had problems with items either labelled incorrectly or not at all.

It mentioned there were 2 speeds, but regardless of what speed was selected (low or high), it would only remain on low speed. The product is on its way back thanks to customer service after purchasing another one.

Dead on arrival
Purchased this electric truck for my daughter's birhtday. It arrived without a working remote. My daughter is not comfortable driving herself so we have not been able to use the vehicle. I contacted customer support who wanted a video of it not working. I provided this and several weeks later they sent me a new remote that also does not function. So far we have not been able to use the product after over a month. It is a big disappointment, and I would not recommend purchasing from this company....
