The big air-filled tires are very nice on rough terrain or interlock paving stones. Much easier on the knees/shins. I also like that the front wheels stay forward even when turning. No worry about tipping over. Only thing missing is a cup holder, so I bought one online and added it. Very happy with my purchase!! Highly recommend!!

HOMCOM power Lift Chair
I received the package , after opening i saw the remote plug on the lift chair was damaged. I reached out to the customer service, who asked me to send pictures. To my surprise they offered to replace it with a new chair. Within 4 business days the damaged chair was picked up and received new chair. Setup took 15 minutes and works as intended, comfortable & very happy with AOSOM CANADA 🍁

Excellent customer service
I had some issues with some of the parts and I contacted customer service. They advised that it was going to take a long time to get specific parts so they sent me a whole new set of chairs and told me to use what I needed out of that package and then arranged for a pickup of the parts that weren't working for me. I would definitely recommend using this online retailer.
