Great chairs for our fire pit area!
We are slowly building our homestead and the different areas to enjoy. These Adirondack chairs are for our fire pit terrace. They are close in colour to the plastic ones we had bought a couple of years ago. You sit a bit more straight up in them but it’s better to get up. Sturdier as the can take 330 lbs. The instructions said otherwise but customer service was really efficient (had an answer within 1h or so) in giving the right information. Turns out the paper is to be updated as far as weight...

The instructions said otherwise but customer service was really efficient (had an answer within 1h or so) in giving the right information. Turns out the paper is to be updated as far as weight capacity. It says 220 lbs but it is really 330 lbs. The delivery was done promptly. Tnx to Oscar and Israr from customer service.

I am beyond pleased with this gazebo and all representatives of Aosom customer service. While my product was shipped immediately, the carrier was not as cooperative. After notifying customer service, I was given options as to what I wanted, and they acted on it immediately. Satisfaction guaranteed. As to the gazebo itself, I was pleased with the sturdiness of the steel posts which, when secured to our 2nd level deck, withstood the by blow of projected tornado watch in our area. As to the gazebo itself, I was pleased with the sturdiness of the steel posts which, when secured to our 2nd level deck, withstood the by blow of projected tornado watch in our area. To say it was windy is a gross understatement. Even the canopy itself, which I thought to be too lightweight, stayed intact and continues to give good shade. I am a senior retiree (female) and was able to put it together with a little support from my 11 yr old granddaughter.
We are all very, very happy with this purchase.

Shipping was quick as advertised. I'm a woman,50 and assembled it on my own. The cushions are comfortable. We're small people, not tested yet if it will hold a 250-lb friend. Highly recommended.

Great product amazing Customer Service
I received my order with in a couple days and put it up the first chance I got. When I got it all up my daughter let the dogs in the backyard but I had the mesh zipped up. Well my X-Large mastiff’s head went through the mesh I was devastated! I reached out to customer service to see if I could purchase the mesh separately and they offered to replace it for me free of charge. I couldn’t be happier.

Even better than I expected
This bench adds a lovely contemporary look to my garden. Easy to put together. I am a senior female and can easily move this unassisted…light yet sturdy. Only have a night picture to share but it looks fabulous in daylight.

Awesome products
Many years ago I bought some cedar raised vegetable beds. Over the years the wood rotted. So this year I opted to replace them with something more long lasting. that is when i select aosom.ca awesome painted galvanized steel long lasting raised beds . I am pleased to have done the right move.
