Do Not Buy
Within days of using this cage, our hamster chewed a hole through the back of it, got stuck underneath and almost died. It cost him severe nerve damage. A lot of lacerations add an expensive trip to the vet. If you have a hamster that likes to chew and bite things, like ours, do not buy this cage.!

Shipped without roof panel.
Came with out a roof panel. Try to get this resolved. Before my chickens arrives. They were not able to get the roof panel. Planning to return it. Also this was a 2 box item only 1 box came then I was told Fedex missed second box and it’s came next day. My advise don’t order chickens ahead. Make sure you assemble and ensure everything is operational.

Excellent Cage for the Price
Nice cage. My canaries love it. For the price, it is great. It was not that difficult to put together even though the directions are a bit lacking. I like that the tray is heavy plastic, not metal - no more rusting through. Came with four feed/water bowls and two perches.

Looks great, easy to assembleand my cats love it
The only complaint I have is that the amount of screws that came with it, the different sizes was more or less then what was suppose to come with the item but I made it work with what was there so seems to be holding up !

Great solid product
First scratching post arrived damaged but replacement arrived within a couple of days and was in perfect condition. Highly recommend this scratching post…..very solid and it’s used by 3 cats!!
