Excellent customer service. The web site made it easy to place, pay for and track my order. The order took a total of 7 days to be filled, packaged and shipped across Canada from Ontario to Vancouver Island. The packaging used was totally recyclable. As for the item, two thumbs up. My pup loves it. It is easy to clean, durable and was very easy to assemble.

The size and durability are pretty good. The little latch for the mini door would have been better if it was more secure as our dog can literally just use his paw to push it open. Service and delivery were great

Effective Barrier for Determined & Rascally Orange Cats!
My young orange cat was driving me up the wall by repeatedly going under my desk and nestling himself on the power bar, always managing to flip the switch and turn off my laptop (one time during a client call no less)! This gate has finally foiled his undaunted orange spirit, and I watched with relieved glee as he couldn't find a way to chew through those metal bars.

Excellent rabbit hutch
Bought this for my rabbit. She is a mini plush lop. Approx. 4lbs. She easily can move around inside and walk up the ramp with no problem. Beautiful build. Great instructions. Took about 1.5 hours to put together myself. Highly recommend!
