So far so good! Unfortunately after delivery we ended up with more snow, so we haven't been able to assemble yet. Order processing has been quick and efficient on both items that I've ordered now, and I've received products in a matter of days, which doesn't always happen where we are. Really like the overall design. I spent two weeks looking at different systems and this seemed to be the best one. When it arrived I was not disappointed.
My only wish was that they had an outdoor version. So I decided to get some outdoor all weather paint and use sealant any where I needed to. That took a lot of time and would have paid extra to have the same here in the outdoor version.
I had contacted the company and my questions were answered in a timely manner
