Really liked the prompt and free shipping. Hutch is attractive, sturdy and easy to assemble. No missing parts. Our resident Polish rabbit is both comfortable and happy. Hutch is easy to clean and surprisingly roomy. The sleeping quarters are spacious and, with the offset entrance, private. Mr. P. (our rabbit) likes his privacy and gives it 2 paws up! Definitely would recommend both Aosom.ca and the product itself.
