Today I had the opportunity to set it up. It really is a simple set up, the stickers are exhaustive, but don't let that stop you. The toy is of REALLY good quality. My grandson loves it...even though it is taller than he is! The customer service is amazing! I found myself a few pieces short which turned out to be my mistake. I just bought it for my grandson but we didn't install ed yet. The swing is very sturdy the only thing is that I had to buy a special bar to install on the wood swing beside that I think next summer my grandson will love it.
