As described & intact upon receipt. Instructions were clear. The included Allen wrench was small, we used our own which made assembly quick and easy. Position of the drawer was not ideal. desktop tilt apparatus seemed stiff, maybe it will adjust after usage

Balance bike
My daughter absolutely loves this bike. Bought it on a whim and she won't stay off of it. My only real complaint is the decals/stickers on the bike are cheap and come off easy.

Great ride on toy
Arrived within a few days of ordering. A little tricky to figure out how to change the arm as directions are vague but once assembled, very happy. The extra arm is in the seat. Not sure how the plastic bolts will stand up to a very industrious 3 yr. old. Easy fix by replacing with metal.
