Quality wasn't there
Great price on sale. Assembly was straightforward BUT quality control was severely lacking. Had to make a hole because it wasn't punched out.. the holes also didn't quite line up .. it doesn't sit flat on the floor. Almost like it's warped. Shipping via FedEx got delayed a day from original estimate. Like other reviews, you'll need weight to make it stable. Seems durable enough though for long term use.

I received incomplete order
I have ordered it for a while and wrote 3 times for this issue, still received nothing. The picture below is all I got for this item. Whats really went wrong, can someone fix it asap

unbelieveable recieved damaged goods
stay away i will never order anything of this site its fine as long as it goes smooth hal of wieghts damages and craked oh will you take a 14 $ refund no oh were sorry our warehouse does returns by appointment my wife is CEO stencell lots of conections she gor the number to the ware house this is what the guy said lol they just say that to make your return difficult BUSTED we recorded the conversation nice try like i said all good as long as no problems then there nothing but a fistful of lies

I am amazed at the efficiency of customer service and the speed of delivery. As I only received the item today, we have not yet assembled it. My only concern is the box was very damaged, as if partly ripped open and then taped together excessively with clear packing tape. It is a concern that parts may be missing but until assembly, we won't know. I will contact you immediately after we have used it. Hopeful that the product is in tact, if so, I could not recommend you highly enough. Thank you....

Exactly as pictured.
Was worried since it costs a lot but it’s very high quality and love the colors. Defiantly for smaller kids but my girl is only 7 months so I think I’ll get a lot of use out of it. Also shopped around and it was cheapest on here with Aosom deals!
