As advertised, strong enough for family game. Not for throwing very hard on the board but ok for regular playing. The stand base is oversized as expected to get more stability than smaller size. The kit is relatively easy to assemble but the instructions could be improved as parts are numbered only on the assembly plan. But after all, not very hard to figure out how to choose the right parts and bolts. You will need strong tools 13mm and 14mm and another small wrench and a cross style screwdriver....

A great deal at a fair price. Not as sturdy as the one they sell for $300.. and more, but as said ok for family game with young kids and adults playing gently. The net is wide enough for a regular #7 standard basketball. Have fun!
