Good Chair
Chair was easy to assemble. It's overall comfortable, but I found that if I have to use for a few hours straight, the lumbar support was starting to get uncomfortable. I put a thin pillow and it was much better.

Nice product with issues on the road
No one was able to help reroute my order, and I called immediately after placing an order and noticing that I have my old address for delivery. I called twice to customer service and twice to a shipping company - they just pointed to each other 😔 Thus, I got my chair in a month after delivery when the friend of mine visited us.

I like it, but not perfect
It it very good but with flaws. The method of reclining the chair is difficult, the lever is farther down that you'd expect and is not easy to operate. The massage part is impossible to be comfortable against unless you are using the massage function, which I'm not using all the time I'm in the chair. It comes with a pillow you can use to cover the area when not using it, but I'd rather not have the function at all. Footrest is nice, took a while to get used to because it feels a little flimsy,...

The part where you put your butt is comfortable but not soft, sit for several hours and your butt may hurt. Picture they provide are accurate for colour and appearance.

File cabinet is abit small, directions for assembly were a little difficult. Specs said was goof for letter and A45 legal. I did not know there was a difference between legal ans A4 legal so I bought it and its too small. Otherwise it looks great. Happy with it.

overall great but lacks height
I am using it for a month now and I feel the height is a bit low. I cannot increase it more than a height as thats the limit. my laptop table is a bit elevated and its causing neck pain while looking up to the monitor

Ordered the Vinsetto Mid-back office chair for light, occasional use, and it appears to meet that purpose well, at a very good price. Ordering it was very easy, and the delivery was very quick and efficient.

Delivery was quick and right to our door in rural Alberta.
Assembly was quite simple and so far the chair is working well. Comfortable although it could use a lumbar support. The slide out foot/leg rest is an interesting addition in the design.
Hoping the fabric holds up as well as our previous leather chair.
