Vinsetto High-Back Massage Office Chair
Love the steel base and rollers. Headrest is kind of noisey. The seat is way too hard. Not near enough padding in it. We bought two of them. Would not buy again.

Very poorly made
Doors very hard to close. One hanger too short to put files on. Had my professional installer who puts everything together for me.. adjusted man times.. everything off!!
Do not buy unless u just want an expensive printer stand...!!!

Absolute room for improvement
I have had nothing but headache after headache with Aosom. This last order, I ordered last Sunday may 5th 2024, it was to be a Mother's Day gift. I waited and waited for tracking updates, but all I got was " label Created". After many many e-mails and a few unanswered phone calls, I was finally told that this, my item, a supposedly Mother's Day gift, (Mother's Day was Sunday, May 12th. 2024 ) was lost by U.P.S., they claim "the label was unreadable and undeliverable". I have had nothing but headache after headache with Aosom. This last order, I ordered last Sunday may 5th 2024, it was to be a Mother's Day gift. I waited and waited for tracking updates, but all I got was " label Created". After many many e-mails and a few unanswered phone calls, I was finally told that this, my item, a supposedly Mother's Day gift, (Mother's Day was Sunday, May 12th. 2024 ) was lost by U.P.S., they claim "the label was unreadable and undeliverable". Aosom said they would arrange a replacement. I did not receive any information about a replacement, after again, pushing for answers, until Tuesday, May 14th. 2024 that the replacement would be shipped that day, TWO DAYS, AFTER Mother's Day. I was, and still am furious, this is not the first time either Aosom has messed me up. My faith in Aosom has dwindled, I will reconsider ordering from them ever again. Thank you, for nothing Aosom. They need to get their act together when it comes to customer service as well.
