Not so bad for the price
Good so far. Easy to install. I am 6’2” and fits me perfectly. Back tilts backwards and has lock mechanism. Little worries about back mesh or PU leather being damaged overtime.

I ordered the massage office chair. The chair is comfortable and good quality. I am happy with my purchase. A small issue was that not enough screws came with the chair, however, the customer service was great and they reached out immediately to rectify the issue.
Would recommend buying this chair.

Great product but.....
It's a nice and comfortable chair. The quality is great and it looks more expensive than it costs. Installation is a bit tricky as there is no installation manual at all. I would give it a 5 stars if the package comes with installation instructions.

Great Ergonomics and Comfort
I recently purchased this chair for my home workstation and I have history of injuries that needed to be addressed well enough to maintain a comfortable posture and manage pain effectively in neck, back, hips, and legs.
The chair is good for comfort, ergonomics, easy to assemble, sturdy quality, has vibrating massage option
It could have been better if the pouch for the remote was a little bigger, and rolling balls could have been a great addition to the massaging functions.

Take this review with a grain of salt, as I only owned the chair for a week.
It's a pain to put it together, one screw couldn't even fit in the socket correctly but I managed to get it in fart enough that it holds my weight for now but for how long? Could be through warranty but I feel it will likely snap the back end of my chair before then. That said, if it stays working well, it is very comfortable with decently thick padding, and I've had other chairs way more expensive way less comfortable to sit on than this one. Keep in mind if you not rolling on carpet, to by wheels...

Keep in mind if you not rolling on carpet, to by wheels that are for hard flooring. I already had some one hand, so wasn't an issue. It swivels, rolls and rocks as claimed. I don't recommend getting this chair if the users weight is close to max, as it'll likely wear it out before warranty expires unless they know how to control their weight while sitting. In perspective I currently weight 230lbs. As a result to no fault of Aosom directly, it's the manufacturer's fault (Vinsetto), so I docked 1 star since I can't dock a half.
