Came in the box. Looked like a peace of cake to put it together. I am not saying it was very difficult but need to have 2 people to assemble it, specially the back. The pressure from the site and the back foam made it difficult to put all the screws to their place.
Otherwise I love the finished product.

This is a solid and nice looking file cabinet. It wasn’t difficult to put together but you do need to look carefully at the pictures for the draw opener glides to put them on correctly.

I love this chair so much. I purchased for the style, not so much for the massage feature. The material is beautiful and soft, the cushioning is just absolutely perfect, and the wheels glide smooth. The rocking function is great for me. I don't like being stiff and move a lot in my chair. The rock is relaxed, quiet, and you aren't going to feel like you might fall over. As far as the massage feature, don't expect too much. I do like that you that it offers multiple settings, so you are very likely to find at least one you enjoy. For me, the upper back vibration I find to be loud, but I do have sensitive hearing so that might just be me. I love the lower back and thighs. You are only getting vibration, no heat or actual massage, but it's still a very nice feature and helps a lot when you're sore. My husband also really likes it and will probably order the same in the future. No regrets! Go for it!

Quite comfortable chair for good price. The extension for foot support could be done with better ergonomics though but overall quite satisfied with the product and found the best price on Aosom for this kind of comparable chair across retail and online outlets. Was quite easy to install as well.
