Worth the price
Very impressed that I received my cabinet in 2 days. When I opened the box, there are so many pieces that need to be assembled and it finally took me and my husband 1.5 hours to put it together which is not that bad. The instructions are very easy to follow and it comes with an allen wrench and extra screws too. There are some marks and dents on the drawer's front but very minor and not that visible. I read some reviews (maybe from another website) saying that the drawers can't not be closed all...

I read some reviews (maybe from another website) saying that the drawers can't not be closed all the way in which we thought we had the same issue too but we finally figured out that we put the screws in the wrong spot on the drawer's slides so now everything is good. Overall, I love my little cabinet and it seems very sturdy and will last for a long time.

It’s a ok gaming chair!!
I got it on time, so I put it together, I can see why it’s 180 with tax!!, it’s not a solid chair!!, the arms become loose cause the it’s plastic where you screw in the bolt. It would have been nice to have a metal insert in the fitting hole , cause the plastic is opening up a bit and making the arms loose, even when the bolts are tight!!. You get what you paid for!!

Desk top is not one solid piece
Just be aware that the desktop comes in 3 pieces. So it is not one solid smooth desktop workspace, there will be 2 indents where the pieces connects. Otherwise, desk is as expected.

Made of cheap particleboard so it chips on day one
This product is really disappointing because I was hoping to find a vertical file that was taller and this seem to be a perfect fit for the space but it’s made a very cheap particleboard and when you try to put the screws in it chips so I’m positive it’s not going to last very long and there are wheels on it but if you start moving it around, it is gonna fall apart Very quickly.

A little disappointing
I just wrote a review and it disappeared so I am rewriting it.The chair is really pretty, and it has faux diamonds on the back cushion, the back cushion is really thick and nice. And it goes downhill from there. The seat has a medium cushion and is a bit harder than the back rest, and isn't that comfortable. The arm rests are rock solid hard, and you feel no cushion what so ever. It is an accident waiting to happen if you bumped your funny bone, it would really hurt. I have wrist issues to I am...

The chair is really pretty, and it has faux diamonds on the back cushion, the back cushion is really thick and nice. And it goes downhill from there. It is an accident waiting to happen if you bumped your funny bone, it would really hurt. I have wrist issues to I am not pleased with a rock-hard arm rest. I messaged them about it, and was offered $12.00 off the price, which I feel is not appealing or helpful at all. I haven't put it together yet, as I put the set cushion down and sat on it, and there is not much give it to, and felt the back rest and was impressed at how thick and comfy it feels, and then when I got to the arm rests I was really shocked to feel how hard it was. The faux leather is really super soft, and it looks so pretty. The pink is a really nice soft color but I felt that there was a mistake. When I messaged them about the arm rests, as I thought it might have been a factory defect and they forgot the foam for the arm rests, they replied that they sacrificed comfort for beauty, and put a thin layer of foam. It is so thin, that you cannot feel it at all. If they would put a thicker cushion on the seat and nice plush arm rests this would be a 5 star chair. If they wanted to remake the arm rests with some cushion under it that protects you, I would happily swap out the arms rests with them and keep the chair. I haven't decided yet if I am going to keep it, but I got the message asking for a review so that's where it stands. I am disappointed with the design flaw, and feel it's only worth 2 stars as it sits. If you are the type who doesn't care about being comfortable and just want something pretty to look at it, it would be good for you, but it's not for me. Thanks. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RECEIVED WITH MOULD INSIDE
Received the Vinsetto Massage Office Chair with defective shipping box package delivered by UPS Canada and the product itself having mould inside around the chair and unhygienic smell from all the cloth of the chair. Further, rust has been developed in one of the legs of the chair which is causing the screws to have a problem when tightening. This was my first time purchase with Aosom Canada and it is has been my worst experience in terms of delivering the product and its quality when I opened it....

Received the Vinsetto Massage Office Chair with defective shipping box package delivered by UPS Canada and the product itself having mould inside around the chair and unhygienic smell from all the cloth of the chair. Further, rust has been developed in one of the legs of the chair which is causing the screws to have a problem when tightening. This was my first time purchase with Aosom Canada and it is has been my worst experience in terms of delivering the product and its quality when I opened it. It took me enough time to dismantle the product when I realized the main sitting chair cushion and back were full of mould and wet from inside. Even the arms were affected and not wrapped properly.
The shipping information is not at all provided accurately by Aosom Canada neither UPS Canada, the courier company. I received the product today on December 27, 2024 and and it was still showing me the status as shipment has not processed and not been delivered neither by the company.
The courier company left the package in front of the house without informing anybody that the package has been delivered. It could have stolen easily due to this negligence customer service. When I came in the evening and received the package, it was broken and teared down of mishandling by the UPS or at the warehouse. I have attached the pictures when I received the product. Further, I have also attached the pictures of the defective product having mould on the chair frame and cushion. This product is not suitable for use and should be garaged at the earliest to avoid health issues, the mould has grown everywhere and it cannot be removed easily.
I request Aosom Canada to refund the amount for the product and take back the package from the courier from my location as I have experience as this package is not safe to keep for long time at home due to the health issues as foul smell is spreading from the product and I would not be able to either put it in my vehicle to deliver the product to the shipment company for return policy. Therefore, measures needs to be taken by Aosom Canada by themselves to receive the product from my place and deliver a new product which should be checked twice by checking it whether any mould or defective piece is there or not having any rust, etc.

Issue with the chair
Delivery done and I was excited but the quality is not good, have torn issues in few places which is not acceptable for any new chair.

Came used and scratched, no answer from customer service
The front of the cabinet looks like the paint was rubbed off by tape or something partly and the top has a huge scratch. I contacted them twice, with no response. Some parts looked like the package was already opened like they sent me a used cabinet. Very disappointed.
Drawers also don't come out all the way so might be hard to get files in the back.
