I ordered this chair from AOSOM after extensive research on many different sites. Although it is bigger than I expected, it is comfortable for sitting at the desk for upwards of 8 hours a day. This chair is amazing. Its very easy to put together and super comfy. I love the footrest and how the back can be adjusted to your preference. It's also pretty big and tall so if you're short like me, you can sit cross legged comfortably and have your feet not touch the ground which is something I enjoy very much. The packaging for the chair was pretty bad since there's nothing that protects the chair other than a few pieces of cardboard, but the shipping was very quick. My chair seat came damaged...

My chair seat came damaged a little bit but I contacted customer service and they were very helpful. They responded very quickly and at first offered a $20 discount for me to get it repaired somewhere locally but then offered to send me a replacement part for the seat. They were super kind and the replacement seat was perfectly fine when it arrived, even though there was nothing to protect it inside the box. Overall, I am very happy with the product and extremely impressed and happy with the customer service. The chair is amazing and defiantly worth the price.
